Fist Footprints

We take your baby's or babies' footprints to create a unique gift for the family, friends, or to keep for yourself.  Footprints of newborns are taken with archival ink pads and placed on fabric.  It is then embroidered with your baby's name, birth date, weight, length,  and time of birth.  It can be individualized further with different designs, quotes or Bible verses .You, your grandparents, and friends will cherish these for a lifetime.

Call us after you deliver your baby and we will come right to the hospital ($20 fee)  or birthing center to take the footprints.  We aim for a 24-48 hr turn around time.  If you would like to include other children, let us know.  We can also do these at our place of business.

We can frame your fist footprints, sew them into a blanket, or a create a quilt or wall hanging.  Wall hangings can also be connected to create  an artistic piece for your wall. This allows you to add to it as you have more children, grandchildren. or want more prints as they age.

You may choose from a variety of background fabrics, threads, and designs to match your decor and style. For no additional charge, we scan the footprints and keep them on file.

If you should ever have a fire, tornado, or theft, we would replace it for you for free (with proof of such an event).  If you wish to order anything else in the future, we can print them onto fabric and then add the embroidery work.

Sandy or one of your nurses will come to the hospital and obtain your baby's footprints and allow you to choose your colors and design.   This service is provided free of change.  Please call as soon as you can, to let us know, so we can be there as quickly as possible.
